In this vital role, you will ensure that guest accommodations are spotless, comfortable, and inviting. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will create a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant hospitality setting where cleanliness and guest satisfaction are top priorities. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure all areas are fully equipped for guest use Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate equipment and cleaning supplies provided Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during off-peak hours to maintain the property's pristine condition Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Previous hotel experience or experience in hospitality settings is preferred Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment Join us in creating memorable experiences through exceptional cleanliness!
