The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel property, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are highly valued. Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred but not required. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties throughout the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and public areas Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a pristine environment Assist with custodial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and deep cleaning as needed Support housekeeping staff with room setup and turnover to ensure timely guest accommodations Maintain cleanliness of all hotel facilities by adhering to established cleaning protocols and safety standards Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation standards Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness within a hospitality setting.
