The Store Room Attendant is responsible for the organization, storage, and distribution of materials, parts, and supplies within a manufacturing facility, including both ground-level and upstairs storeroom areas. This role ensures accurate inventory control, efficient material flow, and a safe, well-maintained storage environment to support production operations.Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and packing slips Accurately store items in designated locations within both the main and satellite storerooms Stage and kit parts for projects and upcoming work orders Maintain organization and cleanliness of all storage areas, including shelving, bins, and access pathways Safely transport materials between floors using freight elevator and/or pallet jacks, dollies, and fork trucks Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and assist with full physical inventory audits Update inventory records in the company's system to ensure accuracy Label, tag, and track inventory using established procedures Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of shortages or discrepancies Follow all safety protocols, especially when handling materials on stairs or elevated storage areas Assist in maintaining proper storage conditions for sensitive or hazardous materials Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory control and storeroom organizationSupervisory Responsibilities:

Maintain an attendance record within company guidelines and required overtime. Associate, High school diploma or GED equivalency. Capable of Utilizing CSI's operating and support systems Experience/proven ability within the specified disciplines. Previous manufacturing experience a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and organizational skills Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks Strong focus on safety and compliance Dependability and strong work ethic Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, and climb stairs between main and upstairs storerooms Comfortable working at heights or on elevated storage platforms when needed Ability to safely handle repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift Safety Leadership- Embodies commitment for a safe & clean workplace.
