Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment in residential or commercial settings, providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will create welcoming spaces that guests and residents love to return to. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas. Execute detailed residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and window washing to uphold cleanliness standards. Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing floors, and using carpet cleaning equipment as needed. Ensure proper sanitation of surfaces and high-touch areas to promote health and safety for residents or guests. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling routine maintenance checks. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred. Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is highly advantageous. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Familiarity with laundry operations and handling various fabrics with care. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments. Experience managing housekeeping tasks independently or leading a team is a plus.
