The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Change bed linens, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize bathrooms. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain health and safety standards. Assist with laundry services as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. A friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills in hospitality settings. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day.
