Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and supplies to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Conduct routine inspections of public spaces like lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to uphold cleanliness standards. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to appropriate departments for prompt resolution. Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles with a focus on quality service. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Familiarity with hotel operations and standards for guest room maintenance. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization. Ability to follow safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues accurately.
