] About the Position We are looking for reliable, professional, and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to providing excellent service to every customer. Responsibilities Clean residential and/or commercial properties Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and disinfect Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and common areas Follow company cleaning procedures and checklists Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly Complete cleaning assignments thoroughly and on time Communicate professionally with customers and team members Report damages, maintenance issues, or special cleaning needs Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Requirements Previous professional cleaning experience preferred Must be able to pass a background check Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable Must have reliable transportation to assigned job locations Must be able to work independently and follow instructions Strong attention to detail Good communication and customer-service skills Must be able to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting cleaning supplies Must be willing to follow company safety and cleaning standards Pictures of Previous Work —

REQUIRED
