Position Summary The Housekeeping Aide is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility in accordance with infection control standards and facility policies. This role plays a key part in creating a positive experience for residents, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas Follow established infection control and safety procedures Remove trash and transport soiled linens according to facility guidelines Replenish supplies as needed Respond promptly to housekeeping requests Work collaboratively with nursing and other departments Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor at all times Qualifications Prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate attitude toward elderly residents Why Join Us?
