Vannor Clean Co. is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Greater Harrisburg and surrounding communities. We are building a dependable network of experienced independent cleaning professionals who take pride in quality work, professionalism, and great customer service. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position. Cleaning opportunities are offered based on customer demand, location, availability, experience, and service type. Contractors may accept or decline offered jobs. What You'll Do Complete residential and/or commercial cleaning jobs accepted through Vannor Clean Co. Perform standard cleaning, recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning based on the agreed scope of each job. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and other included areas thoroughly and professionally. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, wipe surfaces, sanitize appropriate areas, empty trash, and complete other tasks included in the customer's service. Arrive at accepted jobs on time and complete the agreed scope within the scheduled service window. Communicate promptly if an issue, delay, damage concern, or customer request arises. Follow job instructions and Vannor's quality expectations. Provide before-and-after/completion photos when requested for quality verification. Treat every customer's home, business, property, and belongings with care and respect. Ideal candidates:

Have residential and/or commercial cleaning experience. Are dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working independently. Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel to customer locations throughout the Greater Harrisburg area. Have a smartphone and reliable communication. Can safely perform the physical tasks normally associated with professional cleaning. Take pride in delivering high-quality work and positive customer experiences. Can provide professional references or examples of prior cleaning experience/work when requested. Independent Contractor Requirements Contractors are expected to operate as independent service providers. Depending on the assignment, contractors may be expected to provide their own ordinary cleaning supplies/equipment and transportation. Having your own cleaning business, LLC/sole proprietorship, business insurance, or existing cleaning clients is a plus, but qualified experienced cleaners are encouraged to apply. Final onboarding requirements will be discussed with selected applicants. Service Area Jobs may be available throughout Greater Harrisburg, including: Harrisburg, Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, Enola, Lemoyne, New Cumberland, Hummelstown, Hershey, Linglestown, Colonial Park, and surrounding communities. You are not expected to accept every location or every opportunity. Compensation $20-$27 per hour equivalent, depending on the specific job, scope, experience, and other factors. Vannor is developing a per-job contractor compensation model, so individual job opportunities may be presented as a flat contractor payout rather than an hourly shift.
