As an Independent Contractor with Cleaning Force LLC, you will play a crucial role in helping us maintain our commitment to excellence in cleaning services. We are looking for motivated individuals who share our dedication to cleanliness, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Here's what the role entails: Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage floor care by ensuring all types of flooring are cleaned and maintained properly. Launder linens and other items as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness. Sanitate bathrooms and kitchens, adhering to health and safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. Assist with custodial duties as required, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable. Occasionally assist with light cooking or meal preparation if requested by clients. Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. Familiarity with hotel cleaning standards is an advantage but not mandatory.
