Job Overview We are hiring cleaners to service short-term rental properties in the Lebanon, Pennsylvania area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, likes staying active, and values independence on the job. This position is paid per clean, not hourly . Pay varies by location and assignment. What You'll Do Clean and reset Airbnb and short-term rental properties between guest stays Notice and address details that help create a polished, guest-ready space Work efficiently while maintaining high cleaning standards Travel to assigned properties within a 10-mile radius of Lebanon Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers when needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and the ability to notice areas that need cleaning Reliable attendance and a consistent work ethic Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks for up to 8 hours a day Motivated and able to work at a steady pace Friendly, professional attitude with coworkers and customers Integrity, honesty, and willingness to learn Ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with local laws Schedule and Work Details Properties are located within a 10-mile radius of Lebanon Days and locations vary Most cleanings take approximately 2 to 4 hours per location Some schedule flexibility is available This role offers a high level of independence Experience Requirements No prior experience required No specific education or skills required Training and ongoing support will be provided Benefits Flexible scheduling Independent work environment Free Healthy Living services Bonus program Paid time off after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period Additional Requirements Valid Pennsylvania driver's license Authorized to work in the
