NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
Available transportation to travel independently to client homes across Bucks County Residential/Commercial Cleaning Experience (Mandatory) Must be able to pass a background check — no exceptions Must be legally authorized to work in the United States What You'll Do Clean and sanitize residential homes to Luxe Cleaning Group's quality standards Perform thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dust surfaces, ceiling fans, baseboards, and fixtures Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery; mop all hard floors Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces Make beds and change linens when requested by client Empty trash and replace liners throughout the home Arrive on time to each assignment and communicate proactively with team Treat every client's home with professionalism and respect Report any damage, concerns, or issues promptly Requirements Residential/Commercial Cleaning Experience (Mandatory) Available transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check Authorized to work in the United States Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss Dependable and punctual — clients count on you showing up Ability to work independently without supervision Professional and respectful demeanor with clients Smartphone required for scheduling and communication What Luxe Cleaning Group Offers Competitive pay: $18-$20/hour based on experience Tips from clients are yours to keep for your hard work! We offer flexible scheduling and will work with your availability. Most jobs run Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with some Saturday availability. You'll receive your schedule in advance so you can plan accordingly. Part-time applicants are welcome — minimum availability of 3 days per week preferred.
