Part-Time Housekeeper Media, PA 05 Jun 2026 22629985 Summary Media, PA In-Person $18.00 - $21.00 per Hour 1 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 25.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Part-Time / Hours May Vary Description Springton Lake Village, a well-maintained 55+ residential community in the Media / Newtown Square area, is seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team. Our safe community includes approximately 40 private homes and a clubhouse. Our housekeeping team provides weekly cleaning and periodic deep cleaning in a respectful, stable environment. Our housekeepers have historically remained with our community for many years. Why This Job Is Different
  • Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends)
  • Daytime hours only (flexible within a weekday schedule)
  • Work in one small private and contained community (very short drives between resident homes)

  • Routine housekeeping in resident homes
  • Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living areas
  • Assisting with twice-yearly deep cleaning
  • Maintaining the community clubhouse
  • Supporting team members during vacations and absences Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of housekeeping or cleaning experience
  • Experience in residential cleaning preferred
  • Comfortable working with senior residents
  • Reliable, professional, detail-oriented
  • Valid driver's license and transportation
  • Ability to pass background check
