Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Storeroom Attendant to support inventory operations at a manufacturing facility in Middletown, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for issuing parts and materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, and ensuring efficient storeroom operations. During part of the shift, you will work independently as the sole onsite inventory representative, so reliability, accountability, and excellent customer service are essential. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming inventory. Verify shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies or damage. Organize inventory on racks, shelves, and bins. Issue parts, tools, materials, and equipment to employees. Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory systems. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation. Generate inventory reports and maintain stock accuracy. Process inventory replenishment requests. Deliver tools and materials to work areas. Inspect tools and equipment for wear or damage. Assist in locating missing inventory and equipment. Perform minor maintenance, lubrication, or servicing of tools when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must present either a valid U.S. Passport or a Certified Birth Certificate with a raised seal on the first day of employment. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Basic computer skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently. Ability to lift, move, and organize inventory throughout the shift. Steel-toe safety shoes required. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse or storeroom experience. Inventory control or cycle count experience. Experience issuing tools, materials, or equipment. Familiarity with inventory management software. Forklift experience is a plus. Work Schedule Second Shift Monday- Friday 3:00 PM
