Luxury Suites Housekeeper

The Rusty Rail Brewing Company is currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and energetic Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining clean, sanitized, and welcoming luxury suites. Responsibilities include cleaning and resetting guest rooms, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all areas; changing bed linens; emptying trash; restocking supplies; and handling laundry. This position also requires the ability to work independently, identify tasks that need attention, respond professionally to guest needs, and assist the Event Department as needed with linen care and event setup and teardown. Job Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items, and stand or move for extended periods Ability to climb stairs and perform physically active tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently Professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members Reliable, honest, and punctual Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required Position Details This is a part-time position working approximately 15-20 hours per week. Candidates must be available between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, with Sunday availability required. Compensation is hourly and based on experience, with the opportunity to receive guest tips when applicable. We offer a supportive and team-oriented work environment.
