The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential spaces, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the quality of flooring materials. Manage housekeeping duties such as laundry, cooking, and general organization of living spaces. Conduct custodial tasks in accordance with established cleaning protocols and standards. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-maintained for efficient operations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Adhere to safety guidelines while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Doing laundry, folding hanging and putting clean clothes away Requirements Proven experience in house cleaning or related fields such as commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products used in residential settings. Ability to perform tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
