Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain pristine conditions. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when restocking is necessary. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning roles such as custodial or janitorial positions; hotel experience is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A background in hospitality or housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
