Position Overview Forge Hospitality is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendants to support housekeeping operations at our Hilton Garden Inn. This role is responsible for maintaining guest rooms to brand standards while providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily according to brand and property standards. Change linens, make beds, replenish guest room supplies, and remove trash. Clean bathrooms, dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and mop floors. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lostandfound items promptly. Follow all cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and chemical handling standards. Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas. Respect guest privacy and respond courteously to guest requests. Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as needed. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Strong attention to detail and pride in work. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 2550 lbs as required. Dependable, punctual, and teamoriented.
