Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring surfaces are dusted, sanitized, and spotless. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Conduct floor cleaning and care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and applying floor polish or treatments as needed. Use proper manual handling techniques to deep clean. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, and proper use of cleaning detergents for various materials. Skilled in floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and surface sanitation. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes or projects. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work with stamina and attention to safety protocols. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs and expectations. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices to ensure consistent quality standards across all assigned properties.
