Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain high standards of floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors as needed to ensure safety and aesthetics. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent quality across all assigned areas. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold facility standards. Adhere to hospitality industry best practices by providing courteous service and ensuring guest privacy and comfort at all times. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during scheduled intervals or as directed by management. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on housekeeper duties. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely. Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
