The ideal candidate has strong experience working multiple stations, including sauté, char-grill, and flattop, and can perform well in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines. Work efficiently on the sauté, char, and flattop stations during service. Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards at all times. Set up, stock, and break down assigned stations before and after each shift. Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth service. Monitor food quality, portion control, and ticket times. Keep work areas clean, organized, and properly stocked. Assist with prep work, receiving deliveries, and inventory as needed.

Requirements:

Previous line cook experience required. Must have experience on sauté, char, and flattop stations. Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods. Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
