Position Summary The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of resident apartments, common areas, and other designated areas throughout the community. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, sanitary, and pleasant living environment for our residents. Responsibilities Clean resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, offices, and community spaces Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces according to established procedures Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables Replenish cleaning supplies and report maintenance concerns as needed Follow infection control and safety guidelines Provide friendly and courteous service to residents, families, and team members Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned Qualifications Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Compensation:
