Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all areas within residential properties. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet extractors efficiently and safely. Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, moving furniture or appliances, and outdoor work as needed. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and other floor care techniques. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and deliver personalized housekeeping services while ensuring client satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, surface cleaning techniques, and sanitation protocols. Hands-on experience with various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and outdoor cleaning tools. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple properties. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks comfortably. Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their preferences and needs.
