Position Summary The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the shopping center. This position performs routine cleaning and custodial duties in public areas, restrooms, entrances, food court areas, service corridors, management offices, and exterior walkways. The Housekeeper plays a key role in creating a positive experience for customers, tenants, and employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean and maintain common areas, entrances, corridors, food courts, and management offices. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces. Clean and sanitize public restrooms; replenish soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue. Empty trash and recycling receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas. Maintain cleanliness of exterior sidewalks, entrances, and service courts. Remove spills and respond promptly to emergency clean-up situations. Operate floor cleaning equipment, including scrubbers, sweepers, buffers, and vacuums. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, vandalism, and security concerns to management. Support special events and seasonal mall activities with set-up and clean-up duties. Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with manufacturer and OSHA guidelines. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with tenants, customers, contractors, and fellow employees. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Excellent reliability and attendance record. Customer service experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Ability to operate custodial equipment safely. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Work Schedule Days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required. Pay:

$13.25 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
