Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Cleaner to join our team and help maintain pristine, welcoming residential environments. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services that meet our clients' standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your attention to detail, efficient time management, and positive attitude will ensure each home is spotless, organized, and inviting. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure surfaces are hygienic and safe Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care to maintain a polished appearance Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed Dust surfaces, clean windows, mirrors, and other fixtures to uphold high standards of cleanliness Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or appliances during deep cleaning or move-in/move-out services Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles with knowledge of janitorial practices preferred Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, equipment, and janitorial supplies such as cleaning detergents and floor care products Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work environments when required Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes or projects Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Knowledge of sanitation standards and procedures for maintaining hygienic living spaces Experience in cooking is a plus but not required; willingness to learn additional household tasks is valued Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, healthy homes!
