Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in residential settings. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment by performing a variety of cleaning tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to creating a welcoming and hygienic space that exceeds expectations. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all rooms and surfaces. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for residents. Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents efficiently and safely. Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting, and moving furniture or supplies with proper manual handling techniques. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care methods. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized housekeeping services while maintaining professionalism at all times. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning techniques, carpet care, and the use of various cleaning equipment. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation standards, and safety protocols related to manual handling and heavy lifting. Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client residences. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their preferences and needs.
