Manage floor care tasks including carpet cleaning and floor polishing to maintain a polished look. Assist with outdoor work when necessary, such as sweeping patios or maintaining outdoor areas. Communicate professionally with clients or team members to address specific needs or preferences related to housekeeping services. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, and proper handling of cleaning agents. Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques and manual handling safety practices. Experience in commercial or outdoor cleaning environments is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple spaces. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients or team members.
