Manage laundry services efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and with proper technique. Use specialized cleaning equipment for tasks like floor polishing, vacuuming, and upholstery cleaning to achieve optimal results. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the process. Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and areas by following established janitorial and custodial practices, ensuring a hygienic environment at all times. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with knowledge of janitorial procedures. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, surface sanitation techniques, and floor care methods including carpet cleaning. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong manual handling skills for heavy lifting tasks associated with housekeeping duties. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residences. Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas when required. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces such as wood, tile, carpet, and upholstery along with proper dusting techniques. Experience in custodial or janitorial roles demonstrating reliability and attention to detail.
