We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional cleaner to join our growing cleaning team. What You'll Do Perform thorough residential and/or commercial cleaning services Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other spaces Perform detailed cleaning of areas that require extra attention Clean appliances, fixtures, baseboards, doors, and other surfaces as needed Empty trash and replace liners Make beds and change linens and towels when requested Perform floor-care tasks, including mopping, polishing, and other appropriate floor maintenance Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and properly Follow established cleaning procedures and company standards Respect clients' homes, property, privacy, and personal belongings Communicate professionally with clients and respond appropriately to requests Complete assigned cleaning jobs thoroughly and within the expected timeframe Report maintenance issues, damage, or other concerns discovered while working What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Dependable and consistently on time Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing excellent work Able to work independently and stay productive Physically able to perform cleaning duties throughout the workday Comfortable working in private residences and/or commercial properties Professional, courteous, and respectful toward clients Able to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures Organized with good time-management skills Able to communicate clearly with clients and management Experienced in professional residential or commercial cleaning preferred Familiar with professional cleaning products and equipment preferred Professional cleaning experience is a plus, but we will consider dependable candidates who are motivated to learn. Requirements Must have reliable transportation to travel to client locations Valid driver's license Vehicle must be properly registered and insured Must be dependable and able to arrive at scheduled jobs on time Must be able to pass any required background screening Must be willing to follow company safety and cleaning procedures Compensation Competitive pay based on experience, skill, reliability, and performance.
