Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all residential areas. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Operate various cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents effectively. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work with safety and efficiency. Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on completed tasks, and address any special requests or concerns. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, including janitorial or custodial experience. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and proper handling of cleaning supplies. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day. Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and outdoor work comfortably. Excellent customer service skills with clear client communication abilities. Experience in outdoor work environments is a plus. Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures while maintaining a lively, motivated attitude that ensures high-quality results.
