Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas within the facility. Ensure all guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms are kept clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Conduct deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpet cleaning and floor care. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with laundry duties when required, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred. Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices related to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is an asset. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
