Housekeeping Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Housekeeper with a flexible schedule to maintain cleanliness and sanitation at our campground. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, allowing you to choose hours that fit your availability. Paid training will be provided to help you develop the necessary skills and knowledge. The role involves performing cleaning duties that contribute to a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment will support us in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of campground areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless environment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures in accordance with health standards, including the use of appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and efficiently during cleaning routines. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas associated with camping cabins and campground when required. Communicate effectively with guests to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service. Use cleaning equipment properly and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation of tools and machinery. Follow safety protocols related to janitorial work, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation procedures. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Familiarity with cleaning detergents and disinfectants along with proper manual handling techniques. Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, outdoor work, and extended periods of manual labor. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with guests about their needs. Ability to work flexible hours including part-time or full-time schedules. Pay:
