Polished Place Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company serving Indian Land, Fort Mill, Ballantyne and surrounding communities. We are seeking an experienced independent cleaning professional interested in accepting residential cleaning projects on a part-time basis. This opportunity is best suited for someone who already has professional cleaning experience, takes pride in detailed work, communicates well, and—most importantly—is dependable. The Opportunity Polished Place offers residential cleaning projects to independent contractors based on client needs and contractor availability. Contractors are free to accept or decline individual project opportunities. Accepted projects will include the service location, client-requested appointment date/time or service window, scope of work and agreed compensation. Once a contractor accepts a project, Polished Place and our clients depend on that commitment being honored. Available projects may include recurring residential cleaning, deep cleaning and other residential cleaning services. Who We're Looking For The ideal contractor: Has previous professional residential cleaning, housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience Produces thorough, detail-oriented work Is highly dependable and punctual for accepted client appointments Has reliable transportation Communicates promptly and professionally Is comfortable working independently Is comfortable occasionally completing projects alongside the owner or another professional Treats clients, their homes, belongings and personal information with discretion and respect Can safely perform the physical requirements associated with residential cleaning Can successfully complete required screening/background-check requirements Understands the importance of protecting client confidentiality Independent Contractor Relationship This is an independent contractor opportunity and not a W-2 employment position . Independent contractors operate independently and are responsible for their own applicable taxes, insurance, business expenses and other obligations associated with self-employment. Contractors may provide services to other businesses and clients and may accept or decline individual Polished Place project opportunities.
