With teams based in Charlotte, Raleigh, and the Greenville area , we specialize in maintaining model homes and inventory homes so they always look showroom-ready for homebuyers. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking reliable, detail-oriented independent contractors to join our team and help maintain new construction model homes and inventory homes in local communities. Compensation Independent contractor position Average weekly earnings: $100-$500, depending on number of homes serviced Earned Wage Access available What You'll Do Our Cleaning Specialists are responsible for keeping builder model homes and inventory homes immaculate and ready for showings .

Typical responsibilities include:

Dusting and polishing furniture, surfaces, and décor Vacuuming and mopping all the flooring Cleaning bathrooms, entryways, and interior doors Wiping and polishing kitchen appliances, sinks, and fixtures Emptying trash receptacles Sweeping porches and entryways Removing cobwebs and ensuring entrances look welcoming What We're Looking For We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work and consistent results .

Qualifications:
