In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and housekeeping duties across residential spaces, ensuring high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment. Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate floor finishing techniques. Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as patio or porch cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance when required. Use manual handling techniques safely for heavy lifting tasks related to furniture or equipment movement. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout all interactions. Experience Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with familiarity in janitorial or custodial tasks preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floors, carpets, and the use of various cleaning equipment and tools. Experience implementing cleaning and sanitation procedures in residential or commercial settings. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple properties or areas. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work environments comfortably. Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus but not required. Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any specific requests or concerns.
