Following daily cleaning schedules and completing assigned housekeeping tasks. Safely operating equipment and using cleaning chemicals according to established procedures. Following all infection prevention, OSHA, and facility safety guidelines. Reporting maintenance needs, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Treating all residents with dignity while maintaining privacy and confidentiality. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare facility, nursing home, hospital, hotel, or similar environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of infection prevention and sanitation practices is a plus. Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Professional, positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills. Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Hiring Requirements Ability to pass a background check.
