Cleaned Facility Services is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Contractors to provide professional commercial cleaning services for our clients. We are building a network of dependable cleaning professionals who take pride in their work and want the flexibility of working as an independent contractor. What You'll Do As an Independent Cleaning Contractor, you will be responsible for providing cleaning services at assigned commercial facilities, including: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Dusting and wiping surfaces Emptying trash and recycling Cleaning break rooms and common areas Cleaning glass, doors, and high-touch surfaces Replenishing supplies as needed Following client-specific cleaning requirements Using cleaning products and equipment safely Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or supply needs Maintaining a professional presence while working at client locations Completing contracted cleaning services to Cleaned's quality standards What We're Looking For We're looking for contractors who are: Reliable and dependable Detail-oriented Professional and respectful Able to work independently Comfortable working on their feet Physically able to perform routine cleaning tasks Good communicators Self-motivated Committed to providing high-quality service Top-performing contractors will have first consideration for new accounts, creating an opportunity for uncapped earning potential as you take on additional work. Contractor Requirements General Liability Insurance Reliable transportation Ability to travel to assigned client locations Ability to provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment, as applicable to the contracted account Ability to pass a background check, when required by the client Valid identification and required tax documentation Ability to meet the requirements of an independent contractor relationship Compensation Compensation will vary based on the size, scope, frequency, and requirements of each account. Specific compensation will be discussed before accepting a cleaning assignment. Flexible Opportunities Cleaned works with independent contractors on a variety of commercial cleaning assignments.
