Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to meet high standards of cleanliness Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently Maintain floor care routines including sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained Use proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting of furniture, appliances, or cleaning equipment safely and effectively Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction Manage housekeeping tasks such as organizing clutter, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and ensuring overall sanitation of living areas Assist with outdoor work when necessary, including patio cleaning or yard tidying to uphold the home's exterior appearance Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation standards and floor care methods Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving furniture or appliances Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Experience with laundry processes and outdoor work is desirable but not mandatory Physical stamina to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, lift heavy items regularly, and perform repetitive motions confidently Join us as a Residential House Cleaning Professional where your dedication transforms homes into pristine sanctuaries!
