Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your dedication to cleanliness and guest comfort will shine! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure every guest experiences a welcoming, spotless environment that exceeds expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant hospitality setting, fostering guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas efficiently and thoroughly, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to provide a fresh and inviting atmosphere for guests Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep all surfaces pristine Handle janitorial duties such as waste removal, restocking supplies, and deep cleaning tasks as scheduled or needed Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and other common areas to uphold hotel standards Use industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively for carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and other specialized tasks Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial cleaning environments is preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and janitorial supplies Familiarity with hotel operations and standards for guest service excellence is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks effectively Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not required Join us in creating memorable stays by delivering exceptional cleanliness and hospitality!
