Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas of the hotel, including public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Follow Housekeeping management guidelines and standards to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning of surfaces and fixtures
- Provide excellent hospitality service to guests by responding to their requests and ensuring their satisfaction
- Adhere to custodial procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Skills:
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals
Note:
Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.Job Type:
