Paid Per Room Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be available weekends and Holidays. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment for various surfaces and materials. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established protocols for infection control and safety standards. Assist with floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed. Provide exceptional service to guests by addressing their needs and requests promptly. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques is a plus. Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or healthcare facilities is advantageous. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices will be considered an asset. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
