Responsibilities Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other shared spaces. Perform detailed floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Follow established procedures for industrial cleaning and janitorial tasks to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution. Adhere to all hotel policies regarding sanitation, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hotels or hospitality environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial practices. Experience with housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus. Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing manual cleaning tasks throughout shifts. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and janitorial equipment is advantageous.
