Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and common areas. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service. Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. A commitment to providing exceptional service within the hospitality industry. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
