Housekeeper 303 Indian Lake Boulevard, Hendersonville, TN 37075 $16.25 - $17.00 an hour - Part-time $16.25 - $17.00 an hour - Part-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial cleaning, floor care, and housekeeping, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in accordance with safety standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to established housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily cleaning goals and maintain efficient workflow. Provide exceptional service to guests by responding promptly to requests for additional items or services. Requirements Proven experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices within the hospitality sector is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies used in hotel or commercial environments is advantageous. A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
