Maintain floors through regular cleaning, polishing, and care to ensure a pristine appearance. Manage outdoor work responsibilities when required, including outdoor surface cleaning and debris removal. Use appropriate cleaning detergents and supplies while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and heavy lifting. Communicate professionally with clients or residents to understand specific needs and ensure satisfaction. Assist in housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling routine maintenance. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Knowledge of various cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and safety protocols related to manual handling and heavy lifting. Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities to complete tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients or residents. Experience in outdoor work environments is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining attention to detail at all times.
