SUMMARY:
Cleans resident rooms, baths, offices, halls, and other areas by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition. Sweeps and mops resident floors. Cleans bathrooms. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Dusts furniture and equipment. Polishes metalwork. Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, and sills. Empties wastebaskets. Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EXPERIENCE
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must pass drug screening and background check.
