Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential Air BNB Cleaning Specialist and play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences! In this energetic and detail-oriented position, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining high-quality, spotless rental properties that exceed expectations. Your enthusiasm for cleanliness, customer service, and efficient workflow will help ensure each guest's stay is memorable and comfortable. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas when applicable. Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, carpet cleaning, and maintenance of various flooring types to ensure a pristine appearance. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to maintain fresh supplies for each guest. Manage heavy lifting tasks safely when moving furniture or large items to facilitate efficient cleaning processes. Conduct janitorial and custodial tasks with precision to uphold sanitation standards and ensure the property is spotless before each check-in. Maintain excellent customer service by communicating professionally with property owners or management regarding cleaning schedules or special requests. Organize cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols for manual handling and outdoor work when necessary. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or similar roles. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and general housekeeping management. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities. Excellent time management skills to complete cleaning tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude toward guest satisfaction. Experience with laundry services and custodial responsibilities is highly desirable. Familiarity with outdoor work environments and experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus.
