A Maid or Housekeeping Staff provides cleaning and housekeeping services, primarily for rooms and bathrooms in hotels and hospitals. May also work in private residences, office buildings, colleges, other institutions.
An active family is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented traveling housekeeper. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch cleaning and organizational services in multiple locations, ensuring each home/property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and order. This role requires flexibility, discretion, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to travel extensively, with Nashville, TN serving as the family "home base".
The hired candidate must posses:
proof of legal working status in the United States, a valid Drivers License, be insurable through company automobile insurance, and pass a criminal background screening. Primary duties including, but are not limited to:
General House Management and Cleaning:
1. Perform thorough and routine cleaning of residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other spaces. Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean windows and surfaces. Deep cleaning, including shampooing carpets when necessary. 2. Change, launder and iron clothing, bed linens and towels. 3. Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, including appliances. 4. Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and used properly. 5. Organize and tidy up spaces, ensuring items are stored properly and clutter is minimized. 6. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and household items and restock as needed. 7. Handle special requests or additional tasks as directed, such as running family errands. 8. Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed. 9. Assist with pet care (walking, feeding, grooming, and pet sitting) for two small dogs when necessary.
Work Schedule:
1. The candidate should expect minimum hours per week of 50, and 5-6 days per week as the norm. (exact days worked may vary from week to week) 2. Work hours at times will be required on Federal / Religious Holidays and weekends, based on the needs of the family.
Travel and Housing:
1. The candidate will travel throughout the United States with the family, or unaccompanied. Stays in one location can vary from one week to a several months. 2. Travel will consist of arriving in locations prior to the family to prepare, and working alongside the family while in a residence. 3. Airline travel between locations will be based on timings and needs, and will be a combination of main cabin commercial, or private aviation. 4. Housing will be provided in all locations, excluding Nashville, TN. Housing includes Rent, Utilities, and all directly related housing expenses. 5. All work travel (flights, ground transportation to and from work, to and from running errands, etc) will be fully reimbursed or paid directly by the family.

Compensation:
1. This is a salary position, exempt from Overtime. 2. Discretionary Annual bonuses, based on performance 3. Total Compensation up $120,000, inclusive of benefits, based on experience
