Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces. Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently. Handle laundry duties by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels with care and precision. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a hygienic environment for guests and staff. Assist with janitorial tasks during busy periods or special events to support overall hotel operations. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning equipment and floor care methods. Knowledge of hospitality standards and janitorial best practices ensures consistent quality service. Experience managing housekeeping tasks or supervising teams is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.
