Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and floor polishers with proper manual handling techniques Implement cleaning and sanitation protocols to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and outdoor work when required Use appropriate cleaning detergents safely while adhering to health and safety guidelines Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and ensure customer satisfaction Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining quality standards Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation procedures Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, outdoor work, and prolonged standing or walking Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Familiarity with cleaning detergents and chemicals used in sanitation processes Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Join us to deliver exceptional cleanliness that transforms spaces into pristine environments!
